Refund Policy

Please bear in mind the following refund rules and policies when an invoice from TOPCHIYSKA.COM has been sent to you:

• We require that all invoices are paid in full before the due date

• Due dates are usually 3-5 business days for amounts lower than $1,000 and 15 calendar days for amounts between $1,000 and $5,000. Any invoices totaling amounts larger than $5,000 are expected to be paid within 30 calendar days. The “first day” is considered to be the day the invoice was issued.

• Any overdue invoices will accumulate daily a 10% late fee. The original invoice will be canceled automatically on the first day past its due day and the late fees will continue to accumulate until the invoice is paid in full + all accumulated late fees. Example: If your invoice is for $500 and you don’t pay within the assigned time frame, as described in this policy, you will accumulate $50 per day in late fees.

Entrepreneurship Shop Refund Policies

If you would like to return any of the items listed on our Entrepreneur Shop, please return to the sender's address provided and notify us of refund. We use a third-party printing company and they will process the return, exchange, or refund. Please keep us informed of your returns and the reasons for them by sending an email with the subject line "RETURN" to silviya@topchiyska.com The refund will appear in your bank account within 30 days.
