    Following the introductory session, clients who require a written proposal may request a standard business proposal for a fixed fee of $150. This includes:
     

  • A summary of the project scope
     

  • Key objectives and a general timeline
     

  • High-level strategic recommendations
     

  • Estimated project costs and deliverables
     

This option is ideal for clients who are evaluating next steps or seeking a clear understanding of what a consulting engagement would entail.

  1. Detailed Business Proposal with Action Plan & Strategy – Starting at $500
    For clients requiring in-depth strategic planning, we offer a detailed business proposal starting at $500. This includes:
     

  • Market and competitive analysis
     

  • Strategic positioning and growth pathways
     

  • A step-by-step action plan
     

  • Execution roadmap with timelines and milestones
     

  • Resource allocation and recommendations
     

Final pricing is determined based on the scope and complexity of the project after the initial consultation.

  1. Engagement Terms
     

  • All proposal fees are non-refundable and due before delivery.
     

  • Full consulting engagements will be governed by a separate service agreement outlining specific deliverables, payment terms, and schedules.
